Pre-Trial Framing Motion

The one motion to file if you can file only one motion that will re- frame your case. With this motion you reframe your case before the court so that the judge doesn’t just repeat the same thing he or she has done dozens of times. This motion is a culmination of our work to date. It succinctly and directly moves the court to protect your rights based on controlling precedent, cited in the motion, that the court cannot properly ignore. If you could present only one motion to change the path of your case, this would be the one to present.
